Cancer affects people of all ages and backgrounds, yet research and care are not always designed around the specific needs of every patient. Some populations face distinct challenges and remain affected by disparities in access, representation, and outcomes. To address these gaps, our group conducts multidisciplinary, patient-centered research across three interconnected lines:
1. Adolescent and young adult (AYA) oncology
2. Rare cancers and sarcomas
3. Health equity in cancer care and research
We work closely with patients, clinicians, and partners to generate rigorous, data-driven evidence that strengthens research and improves care and outcomes.
