Chemical rewiring of cell signaling
Cellular signaling is dysregulated in cancer, which ultimately enables uncontrolled cell growth. We aim to develop novel chemical tools that can rewire said networks to induce cell death and thereby provide novel avenues for therapeutic modalities. We specialize in chemical inducers of proximity, small molecule entities that bring together two proteins and thus alter their fate: inducing their destruction, stopping or enhancing their function.
