Ellen Engelhardt
Postdoctoral fellow
I’m a postdoctoral researcher in Eveline Bleiker’s research group. I specialize in the development, implementation, and evaluation of decision support tools, such as patient decision aids. My work focuses on translating scientific evidence into accessible formats that facilitate shared decision-making between clinicians and patients. Additionally, I work on enhancing the effective use of risk information (e.g., from prediction models) to support (shared) medical decision-making. I’m experienced with the application of both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. My projects focus on DCIS and invasive breast cancer.
