I work on the development of methodologies for the analysis and prediction of Protein-Protein Interactions (PPIs) exploring the power of AlphaFold-Multimer. For example, I want to design methods to analyse Predicted Aligned Error (PAE) matrixes, to rank the strength of likely interactions.

We aim to apply this methodology to evaluate and define at the residues level annotated interactions of human proteins, and to predict new interactions between all human proteins or domains, thereby expanding our understanding of complex biological interactions.
