Most of our scientific support staff members have completed higher educational training. Depending on the vacancy, we also recruit employees with training at lower levels, or with university degrees.

Am I allowed to participate in my own research project as a scientific support staff member?
Most scientific support staff members in our research groups have their own research project while also contributing to the general organization of the lab. Will I have the opportunity to develop my skills as a scientific support staff member?
Yes, we encourage every member of our organization to further develop his or her skills and knowledge. This also applies to scientific support staff.
