Xiaohu Guo solved the first structure from our F200 microscope Apoferritin to resolution 3.4Å.
The dataset was manually collected, 120 images Particle picking was done by cryolo and initially 34k particles were picked. After 2D and 3D classification, 20k were used for final reconstruction. Using symmetry 432(cubic), the resolution comes to 3.8Å after refinement and finally lands on 3.4Å after polishing.
