  • Informing cancer patients, caregivers and health care providers on cognitive impairment following cancer and cancer therapies.

Informing cancer patients, caregivers and health care providers on cognitive impairment following cancer and cancer therapies.

There is a clear need for up-to-date and relevant information on cognitive impairment in cancer patients. We therefore made nine videos (for patients/caregivers and for professionals) on the incidence of cognitive impairment, on the causes, its impact on every day (including family) and professional life and on intervention possibilities. The information can be found on the website of the Netherlands Cancer Institute. Many (patient) organizations refer to this site. Cognitieve problemen bij kanker en kankerbehandeling (avl.nl)
