Olga Isaeva

I am a motivated cancer immunologist, applying computational methods to tumor microenvironment data.

At the NKI, I work on my PhD in computational tumor immunology in the groups of Marleen Kok and Lodewyk Wessels. In my work, I use bioinformatic approaches to explore functional changes in tumor microenvironment and transformed cells during tumor progression and in response to therapy.
