In May 2025, I joined the group of Marleen Kok as a bioinformatician. In my previous group, I used multi-omics analyses to identify and characterize microproteins in pediatric cancer.

Here, I will support the group with multi-omics analyses including single-cell transcriptomics to better understand breast cancer and patient response to treatment.
