After graduating Bachelor of Applied Sciences, I started working in January 2020 as a member of the group of Erik Hooijberg where I work closely with the CFMPB.
I am actively involved in optimizing and performing multiplex immunofluorescent stainings (MPIF) and digital image analysis using the Vectra 3.0 from Akoyabio and HALO™ Image Analysis Software from Indica Labs.
I support researchers with image analysis on HALO (both with and without an Artificial Intelligence module) and train researchers how to use the software.
