I obtained my PhD in Biophysics in the group of Chirlmin Joo at Delft University of Technology. There I combined single-molecule microscopy with next-generation sequencing to enable single-molecule measurements for thousands of sequences in parallel.
As of 2025, I joined the Lenstra group, where I will use single-molecule imaging to dive into the world of eukaryotic transcription regulation.
