Aaron Lin

After obtaining my master’s degree in bioinformatics and systems biology, I joined the groups of Marleen Kok and Lodewyk Wessels as a PhD student in September 2023.

My work focuses on single cell and spatial analyses to discover translational insights behind immunotherapy responses, aiming to identify biomarkers to improve immunotherapy strategies in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).  I also investigate the use of liquid biopsy (ie ctDNA) as a non-invasive alternative to select patients and monitor treatment dynamics for / during immunotherapy in TNBC.
