At the BioImaging Facility I support researchers in fields ranging from cell biology to pathology, by writing scripts to automate image analysis and quantification of image data acquired on various microscopy systems.

In the Jalink research group (Biophysics of Cell Signaling) I support and co-develop advanced fluorescence and super-resolution microscopy techniques, with a current focus on improving imaging and analysis of live-cell functional imaging screens.
