Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer & Q-Exactive HF-X mass spectrometer

For the analysis of all protein samples, we operate two high-end LC-MS/MS systems consisting of a high-resolution hybrid Orbitrap mass spectrometer coupled to an ultra-high pressure HPLC system.

For projects where more in-depth proteome coverage is needed, we use an Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC Fractionation system to achieve 2D-LC-MS/MS.
