Proteomics facility

The Proteomics facility supports NKI researchers (and occasionally external parties) to address proteomics questions within their research projects. We provide advice, perform sample preparation, operate LC-MS/MS systems and provide data analysis.

Our projects typically involve (co-)immunoprecipitation experiments, global proteome profiling and mapping of post-translational modifications such as protein phosphorylation and ubiquitination.
