- a JEOL F200 electron microscope equipped with a Gatan K2 Summit camera, RIO camera, and single-tilt and high-tilt cryo holders
- a Vitrobot Mark IV
- a GloQube glow discharger
- two Leica cryo-ultramicrotomes
Expertise and equipment
Our main expertise is single-particle analysis (SPA), a cryo-EM approach for determining structures of proteins and protein complexes. These structures can reveal molecular mechanisms, show how cellular machines are assembled and support target-focused research.
