Your training at the NKI will give you an excellent start to launch a postdoc position or embark on another career path in science or elsewhere.

Furthermore students attend seminars and work discussions and interact with the speakers. Moreover, they present their data at group, division and institute meetings.

How will I be assisted and supervised during my PhD period?
Generally, the group leader is your daily supervisor, although senior group members will also contribute to your training. Each PhD student has his/her own supervisory committee that monitors progression of the research in annual meetings and gives advice to the PhD student and the supervisor throughout the entire PhD training program.
