Our group has generated cDNA clones for integrins and associated proteins, as well as genetically modified mice that are publically available for use by the research community. For example, we have generate integrin α6A, β1A, β1D knockin mice, rodless plectin knockout and conditional Itga3, Itgb4 and nesprin3 knockout mice.
