Yvette Stijf-Bultsma

I joined the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in 2002 in the Department of Cellular Biochemistry, studying nuclear phosphoinositides.

After nine years in the UK, working in both an independent research institute and a university setting, I returned to the NKI in 2016 as lab manager in the Department of Biochemistry.

In Titia Sixma’s group, I support PhD students and postdocs by applying my cell biology and biochemistry expertise to research on ubiquitin and deubiquitinating enzymes in the DNA damage response.
