In July 2025, I joined group of Daniel Peeper as a Bioinformatician. Here, I am collaborating on several projects and developing interactive Shiny applications that integrate our CRISPR-Cas9 screens, single-cell RNA-seq, and other omics datasets, with the aim of creating comprehensive data maps to support the lab’s cancer research.
