Will Harley

In April 2023, I joined the groups of Renée Menezes and Jelle Wesseling as a bioinformatician and PhD student. My projects focus on integrating omics and spatial imaging data to identify ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) cases at low risk for progression to invasive breast cancer. Currently, I am investigating spatial patterns of lymphocytes surrounding DCIS lesions and gene expression profiles associated with low risk of progression to invasive breast cancer.
