Tessa Steenbruggen

In October 2015 I joined the group of Hugo Horlings and Gabe Sonke as a PhD student. I coordinated the prospective OLIGO-study. In addition, my projects focus on epidemiological as well as translational research into better understanding long-term survivors with oligometastatic and HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer in order to optimize tailored therapy for patients with metastatic breast cancer.

In 2021 I started my training in Internal Medicine, besides my training I will continue to study patients with (metastatic) breast cancer.
