In January 2021, I joined the group of Daniel Peeper as a Research Technician. My project focuses on the inhibition of specific tumor cell targets to overcome immunotherapy resistance of melanoma and other tumor types.

Worked at AIMM Therapeutics, Amsterdam in the in vivo pharmacology department to evaluate the efficacy and safety of therapeutic antibodies against solid cancer and leukemia.

2016-2018
Worked at the Haematology Department of the VUmc, Amsterdam in the group of Dr. Mutis with a focus on how the bone marrow microenvironment contributes to the resistance of multiple myeloma to therapy and the immune system.

2014-2016
Worked at the Haematology Department of the VUmc, Amsterdam as a Resarch technician in the group of Dr. Groen with a focus on the microenvironment in relation to multiple myeloma.

2011-2014
Obtained my Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Biology and Medical Laboratory Research with a specialty in Zoology at the Hogeschool Utrecht.
