In May 2020, I joined the group of Remond Fijneman and Sanne Abeln (VU) as a PhD student. My project focuses on characterizing and understanding the impact of structural variants in colorectal cancer using machine learning methods and identifying biologically and clinically relevant regions affected by structural variants.
