I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2009, first as a postdoc and since 2018 as an associate staff scientist. In my research I use computational and statistical approaches to try and dissect the molecular causes of cancer and their effects on survival, with a focus on breast cancer. My work covers both germline genetics and the tumour genome, and explores their interaction.
