Roebi de Bruijn

In 2015 I started at the NKI in the group of Jos Jonkers and Lodewyk Wessels as a bioinformatician. Here I’m mostly analyzing RNASeq and CNVSeq mouse, pdx and cell-line breast cancer data using bioinformatics tools and Python/R. Currently I’m working on the characterization of DCIS in the PRECISION project.
