Rafael Saxer

I completed my BSc in Biology at the University of Zurich, including an exchange at the University of Vienna. Followed by an MSc in Molecular Health Sciences at ETH Zurich, where I conducted several internships in cancer biology and developmental biology. In July 2025, I joined the group of Jacqueline Jacobs at the NKI as a PhD student to elucidate the underlying mechanism of Alternative Lengthening of Telomeres (ALT).
