In July 2019 I joined the Blank group as a Bioinformatician. The main responsibility in my current position is to identify gene biomarkers from transcriptomic baseline data that promote clinical response in a neo-adjuvant immunotherapy set up for patient suffering from advanced Melanoma. This allows us to provide personalized medicine to the patients participate in the studies.
In addition, I am involved in projects which are dealing with genomic data but also with data from mice experiments where we aim to understand the behavior of immune cells in different stimulation conditions.
