In March 2025, I joined the groups of Elzo de Wit and Jarno Drost (Princess Maxima Centrum) as a PhD student. My research aims to unravel the epigenetic changes driving Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors (MRTs), a highly aggressive form of childhood cancer.  To achieve this, I will be using patient-derived organoids, cutting-edge protein degradation techniques, and advanced epigenetic analysis methods.

Obtained my Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Translational Biomedical Research from the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. 

2023
Within my Bachelor’s studies, I performed a research internship at the Institute for Cancer Research in Oslo in the lab of Tor Erik Rusten, Norway.

2019-2023
Obtained my Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
