- 2021-2025: Clinical scientist at the NKI-AVL focusingon developing and implementing AI based
auto-segmentation models - 2017-2020: Msc of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam (UvA)
In 2021 I started at the NKI-AVL as a clinical scientist focusing on developing and implementing AI-based auto-segmentation models for rectal cancer patients treated with MRI-guided online adaptive radiotherapy. After four great years here, I got the opportunity to continue my research as a PhD candidate. My research will focus on leveraging AI to accelerate and enhance the quality of (online adaptive) radiotherapy treatment preparation.
