Mathias Eder

In July 2019, I joined the group of Bas van Steensel as a PhD student. My project focuses on developing a new technique to further understand the fundamentals of the non-coding genome in context of gene regulation in a cell.

 

 

Work experience

2018
I worked six months as a “recent-graduate” student and another sx months as a “post-graduate” student in the lab of Giorgio G. Galli/Antoine deWeck and Deborah Castelletti at the Oncology Department of Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), Basel, Switzerland

2017
Master Thesis internship in the lab of Jacqueline Jacobs at the Netherlands Cancer Institute

2015 - 2018
Master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology from the University of Applied Sciences Vienna (FH Campus Wien), Austria
