In July 2020, I joined Prof. Schmidt’s group as a PhD student. My project aims to improve on the current methodologies for model validation and assessment of clinical utility, and to understand if certain model extensions (e.g., through the addition of specific genomic or bio-molecular markers) have statistical, clinical, and economic benefit.
