In 2010, I started in the AVL with my three main projects being all about breast cancer:
- MATADOR project: predicting which breast cancer patients have more benefit of taxanes and which of dose dense anthracyclines
- N4+ High dose project, including the development of a digital MLPA BRCA1/2 test.
- IKA tamoxifen-project with endocrine treated and untreated postmenopausal patients in which we try to find a group that do extremely well without tamoxifen and a group that has a bad survival independent of tamoxifen treatment.
