Mariëlle Kingma

Mariëlle is a research assistant for the COMPRAYA 2.0 and DRIVE-AYA study. She graduated her Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 2013. She worked for several years as a physio, (personal) trainer and lifestyle coach focusing on different aspects of health, including sports, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. This more holistic approach sparked her interest in starting a Master in Health Psychology, where the focus is more on prevention and how to influence lifestyle choices to improve overall well-being.
