- 2010-2020: PhD trajectory on the long-term risk of cancer after assisted reproductive technology
- 2009: obtained my Master’s degree in Health Sciences from the VU university in Amsterdam
In May 2010 I started in the group of van Leeuwen as a PhD student on the OMEGA study. The aim of the OMEGA study was to investigate the long-term risk of cancer in women who underwent fertility treatments, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Currently I am working as a postdoc on the long-term health of children conceived by assisted reproductive technology, including IVF, in collaboration with Amsterdam UMC and Harvard (USA).
