After graduating medical school at the University of Utrecht, I started my PhD in Christian Blank's group in December 2018. My main projects focus on personalized treatment in patients with stage III melanoma.
In the PRADO trial, patients are treated with different surgical and adjuvant treatment regimens based on the pathological response after neoadjuvant ipilimumab plus nivolumab.
In the DONIMI trial, patients are treated with different combination of neoadjuvant nivolumab, ipilimumab and domatinostat based on their interferon-gamma signature.
