With a background in Biomedical Engineering, I joined Jan-Jakob Sonke's group in June 2023 as a PhD candidate under the supervision of Tomas Janssen. My research focuses on AI-enhanced quality assurance of segmentation for online adaptive radiotherapy, using uncertainty quantification and dosimetric analysis to identify sub-regions of auto-generated target contours that require clinically relevant corrections.
