In November 2020, I joined as research analist the Beijersbergen group  to support the newly  started national CRISPR screening platform ScreeninC. 

I am involved in the technical development of CRISPR/Cas- based functional screening  and generation of cellular models. I also assist internal and external researchers  in the execution of  CRISPR/Cas- based functional screening  and in cell model engineering.

2018- 2020: Molecular biologist in mouse genome engineering team at the MRC Harwell, UK

 I supported the generation of translational mouse models using the CRISPR/Cas9 technology;  my focus was the design of editing strategies and the validation of the engineered lines

2008- 2018: PhD and Postdoc in Prof Marciniak lab at the CIMR, University of Cambridge, UK

I studied stress response pathways (UPR and ISR) using in-vitro and in-vivo systems.
