I joined the Faller to work on discovering novel ribosome heterogeneity-mediated biological mechanisms with phenotypic consequences. For this, I use large-scale RiboSeq data analysis and integrate this approach with other omics data. I also investigate the effect of ribosomal heterogeneity in tumor cells and how this impacts antigen presentation, which in turn affects the sensitivity to T cell response.
