I started my PhD the lab of René Medema in March 2019. My project focuses on Aneuploidy and the main question I am trying to answer is how cell can adapt to aneuploidy. Aneuploidy is a detrimental condition; however most cancer cells are aneuploid; a phenomenon known as the Aneuploidy Pardox.
