Deepikaa Balaji

With a background in Biomedical Engineering & Medical Imaging, my PhD focuses on developing deep learning models for CBCT-guided Online Adaptive Radiotherapy (OART). More specifically, I work on improving autosegmentation models so that continuous anatomical adaptation between radiotherapy treatments becomes accurate and reliable. I'm driven by working at the intersection of technical innovation and clinical feasibility, and I like approaching problems from a multidisciplinary perspective to ensure the work translates into real clinical impact.
