My professional background is 25+ years in building computer systems, especially databases. I have extensive experience with the programming tools Java and R.

At the NKI Robotics and Screening Center my main task is the analysis of experimental data. This data is generated by the different high throughput screening platforms including pooled CRISPR/shRNA screens,  arrayed siRNA and compound screens. I also analyse synergy experiments and RNASeq data.
