I joined the Bernards lab as a master student in 2022 and I continued as a PhD student in 2023, focusing on overactivation of oncogenic signaling as a cancer treatment strategy.

My research aims to uncover why excessive oncogenic signaling becomes toxic to cancer cells, how it can be exploited therapeutically and how resistance to this approach emerges.
