Ewing sarcoma is an aggressive bone and soft tissue malignancy afflicting children and young adults. The 5-year survival rate is below 30% for patients presenting with metastatic disease.

The current standard of care consists of multimodal therapy, which unfortunately leaves young patients at an increased risk of developing long-term disabilities associated with treatment. Therefore, there is an unmet clinical need for alternative therapeutic interventions that increase long-term survival and spare pediatric patients from long-term disabilities.

My project focuses on investigating Therapeutic OVERactivation of oncogenic signaling (TOVER) as a therapeutic strategy for Ewing sarcoma
