I work on modelling radiation-induced cardiac and immune toxicity in lung cancer, using federated learning across multi-institutional data. I focus on automated organ segmentation and dose–outcome modelling for large-scale toxicity prediction.

I came to radiotherapy from bioinformatics, via oncology imaging at CMC Vellore: radiomics for recurrence prediction, automated tumor segmentation, and DICOM data infrastructure.
