I am a Bioinformatician with a passion for leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to advance medical research. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Zoology, followed by a Master’s in Bioinformatics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. At the Quantitative Imaging Research and Artificial Intelligence Lab (QIRAIL) in Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, I contributed to multiple oncology imaging projects, primarily managing DICOM data, developing radiomics models to predict recurrence in head and neck cancer patients, and automating Gross Tumor Volume segmentation using AI techniques.
In 2024, I began my PhD in the group of Jan-Jakob Sonke, focusing on modeling radiation-induced cardiac and immune system toxicity using a federated learning approach on the largest globally distributed database of lung cancer data ever assembled to date. Driven by curiosity and a relentless desire to push boundaries, I aim to integrate my interdisciplinary expertise to make meaningful contributions in adaptive radiotherapy.
