Ada Oliva Quilez

During my BSc in Biology at the University of Barcelona, I studied pancreatic cancer using organoid models. I then pursued an MSc in Biology at the University of Copenhagen, and for my thesis in Anja Groth’s group I focused on the chromatin replication process and epigenetic cell memory.
 
In April 2026, following my interest in cancer research, I joined Michiel Vermeulen’s lab as a research technician. Here I will support the group with routine laboratory tasks and overall organization, and contribute to targeted cell surface proteomics workflows to better understand colorectal cancer biology.
