The facility operates its own data center/server room. The typical server configuration for a research HPC holds >64 threads, 128GB RAM, and >30TB of storage capacity. However, groups can request customised configurations. These servers are used for bioinformatics, statistics, pharmacology, and next generation sequencing data analysis. For deep learning, dedicated servers with several high-end GPU’s are available. Lastly, there are several solutions specific to interface with advanced microscopes used in crystallography research (B8)
