Fiona Stewart

Employed by the NKI: 1984 - 2014, when she retired
Fiona Stewart started as postdoctoral fellow in 1984 at the NKI. In 1988 she became group leader; in 2014 she retired. The main focus of her group was to investigate mechanisms whereby vascular damage develops after radiotherapy, with a view to designing and testing intervention strategies suitable for clinical use.
