In December 2020, I started working in the Elzo de Wit group on the role of epigenetics and chromatin organisation in genome regulation, using computational approach.

During my master's I worked on HIV-1 integration landscape in the human genome and analysis of RNA:DNA hybrids as regulatory elements in the context of HIV-1 integration.
